Our Story
Horsham Roofing Experts has been working on rooftops across Horsham and the surrounding West Sussex area since 2003. What started as a small, locally-run operation has grown into one of the most consistently recommended roofing businesses in the area — not through advertising, but through work that speaks for itself and customers who recommend us to their neighbours.
We cover everything from a single slipped tile on a Victorian terrace off Denne Road to a full re-roof on one of the larger detached properties on the outskirts of town. In the past two decades we've seen every type of roof Horsham has — clay peg tiles, Welsh slate, concrete interlocking, flat felt, GRP, EPDM — and the specific failure patterns that come with each era of local housing stock.
How We Work
Every job starts with a survey. We get on the roof, take photographs and assess the full picture before recommending anything. If a repair will do the job for another decade, we'll tell you that — we're not in the business of recommending replacements when they aren't needed. The quote that follows is written, itemised and fixed. There are no call-out fees and no hidden extras added to the final invoice.
We don't run multiple crews simultaneously across different jobs. The team that surveys your roof is the team that does the work. We answer our phones, turn up when we say we will, and leave the site clean at the end of every day.
NFRC Registered — We hold full NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) membership, meaning we're vetted, insured and bound by an industry code of conduct. You can verify our registration at the NFRC website.
What We Stand For
Honest Advice
We tell you what your roof actually needs — not what generates the biggest invoice. If a £300 repair will last ten years, that's what we recommend.
Local Knowledge
We know Horsham's housing stock intimately — the nail-sick 70s estates in Roffey, the clay-tiled Victorians around Denne Road, the exposed positions near the Downs. That knowledge saves time and money.
Transparent Pricing
Written quotes before work starts. Fixed prices. No call-out fees. No surprises on the final invoice. Every time.
Guaranteed Work
All roofing work comes with a written 10-year workmanship guarantee. We stand behind every job we complete in Horsham and across West Sussex.
Our Coverage Area
We're based in Horsham and cover approximately a 15-mile radius across West Sussex, including Southwater, Billingshurst, Pulborough, Storrington, Henfield and the wider area. For emergency call-outs we extend this coverage further. Call us if you're unsure whether we cover your area.
